Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the jjl8 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and completely:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. jjl8 will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is deemed to be authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jjl8 support immediately.
jjl8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
All financial transactions on the jjl8 platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). jjl8 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to account balances.
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on jjl8:
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jjl8 account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the respective bank's interbank transfer schedule.
jjl8 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside the control of jjl8. By initiating a deposit, you confirm that the funds originate from a source you are legally entitled to use and that you are not depositing on behalf of any third party.
AML Compliance: In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements, jjl8 may request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds for transactions that meet or exceed applicable reporting thresholds. Cooperation with these requests is a condition of continued account use.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for real-money balances that have been earned through genuine gameplay activity and are not subject to pending wagering requirements. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from bonus play that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements are withdrawable.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests on jjl8:
jjl8 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals for verified accounts. Fees may apply to expedited withdrawal requests or to withdrawals made via certain payment channels where the service provider imposes charges that jjl8 is required to pass through.
jjl8 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that govern their eligibility, wagering requirements, validity periods, and permitted game usage. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on jjl8:
jjl8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted a bonus and are actively meeting wagering requirements will not have their active bonuses retroactively affected.
All games available on the jjl8 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or real-time streaming equipment (in the case of live dealer games) that has been independently tested and certified for compliance with fairness standards. RNG systems cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including jjl8 itself.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game in the game's information panel within the jjl8 platform. RTPs represent theoretical long-term returns calculated over a large statistical sample and do not constitute a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error that affects the outcome of a wagered game round, jjl8 will investigate the affected round and apply one of the following resolutions: (a) void the round and return the wager to your balance, or (b) honour the outcome if the technical records confirm a completed, valid result. The decision of jjl8's technical team following investigation is final in such cases, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes.
jjl8 reserves the right to void any bets placed on games that were subject to a software error affecting game odds or payout tables, and to reverse any transactions resulting from such errors, regardless of whether the player was aware of the error at the time of play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjl8 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

In cases of confirmed fraud, multi-accounting, or wilful breach of these Terms, jjl8 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including real-money deposits, without refund. In all other closure cases involving verified real-money balances that were deposited legitimately, jjl8 will return uninvested deposits to the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.
All content on the jjl8 platform — including but not limited to the jjl8 brand name, logo, domain, website design, game interface elements, promotional materials, text content, and software — is the proprietary property of jjl8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
No content from the jjl8 platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of jjl8. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jjl8 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to the player.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jjl8 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the jjl8 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
jjl8's total aggregate liability to any player for any direct claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jjl8 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect platform availability. jjl8 will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance windows and to minimize disruption to active game sessions during unplanned outages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jjl8's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by jjl8's gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jjl8 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is described fully in the jjl8 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By registering an account with jjl8, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes personal data collected during registration, identity verification, payment processing, customer support interactions, and gameplay activity.
jjl8 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with authorized processors, payment service providers, regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR), and law enforcement agencies as required by law. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the jjl8 platform, or any transaction on the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact jjl8 support to attempt informal resolution of any complaint. jjl8 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. Complaints that remain unresolved after informal resolution may be escalated to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's published player complaint procedures.
jjl8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address and/or via a notice displayed upon login to the jjl8 platform no fewer than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
Continued use of the jjl8 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you should cease use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting jjl8 support. The current version of these Terms, including the effective date and version number, is always available at jjl8.net/terms-conditions.
